The Role
We are looking for a motivated and outgoing B2B Sales Specialist to help introduce our anti-bullying and violence prevention systems to schools and school districts across Canada.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, public speaking, and making a positive social impact through technology and education.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to schools, school boards, and educational organizations across Canada
- Book meetings and product demonstrations with school administrators and decision-makers
- Present Cat’s Eye solutions virtually and in person
- Build long-term relationships with educators and district leaders
- Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Attend education, safety, and technology conferences
- Meet sales activity and performance goals
- Collaborate with leadership to improve outreach and messaging
Qualifications
- Previous B2B sales, outbound sales, or account management experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable speaking with school administrators and educators
- Self-motivated and organized
- Passion for education, school safety, or social impact
- Experience with SaaS, EdTech, or security systems is an asset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Compensation
- $25/hour
